Returns & Store Credit Policy

At Zagame Bros Coffee co, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our coffee. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we’re committed to making things right if there’s an issue with your order.

Store Credit Only

All approved returns or claims will be issued as store credit only.
Store credit:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to your original payment method

  • Can be used on any future purchase at Zagame Bros Coffee Co

  • Does not expire unless otherwise stated

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, a store credit will be issued for the value of the affected item(s).

Change of Mind

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Opened coffee products

  • Products incorrectly ordered by the customer

These items are not eligible for store credit.

Return Shipping

  • We do not require physical returns of coffee products unless requested.

  • If a return is approved and shipment is required; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.

Processing Time

Approved store credits will be issued within 3–5 business days after your claim is reviewed.
